Text Box: “Thank you for your prayers for me and the other priests of Jeff City last week at our Leadership workshop. We are grateful for your support.
“The Anniversary Celebration planning committee will be meeting this Wednesday evening at 7 pm. Join us if you want to help, or offer ideas. If you have the internet, please go to – www.MostPureHeart.org/history . There is a working document about our history. If you can add anything, either from personal knowledge (oral history), or have the documentation, please share that with us. If you have an interesting story about something or someone in the parish, please write that down and give to Fr. Dave. Historical photos are also still needed. Please don’t put it off; we have only a short time to finish this history if we are to have a book published by May. We will also be giving you the opportunity to share the history of your family in MPH parish.
“We at MPH have a parish council meeting scheduled on Thursday evening. We will be continuing our discussions about what we need here at MPH in way of governance. As always, it is an open meeting and all are welcome to attend.”...Fr. Dave
