“A special thanks to Rob Schollmeyer, Wayne Trachsel, Mary Jane Starke, and Teresa Skaggs for coming to the fundraising meeting and their willingness to help coordinate the upcoming Seafood Buffets. They are scheduled for March 21 and April 4. If you know of any conflicts on those days, please let Rob know immediately. If you weren’t on the work list last year, or want a change, please notify Rob, or we’ll have them out much as in the past years again. Catholicism DVD Session – The Wednesday evening session of the Catholicism DVD series is starting up again on January 29 at 7:00 p.m. in MPH hall. Everyone is welcome as we continue toward deeper understanding and appreciation of our faith.
Donations Sought – 1) Raffle prizes needed for Seafood Buffet by Sunday, February 23. Contact Rob Schollmeyer at 680-0902 to donate. 2) Basket Raffle donations needed. If you would like to make a donation to Assumption’s Annual Basket Raffle for Education, please contact Jamie Koenigsfeld at 294-7323. We would love to showcase the talents of our parishioners this year – please consider donating a basket of canned or baked goods, craft items, etc. All donations welcome!
Night of Vocation Awareness (NOVA) – Donations still being accepted for NOVA – just make check out to MPH or Assumption Church & drop in the collection basket in an envelope marked “NOVA”. Proceeds benefit religious vocations in our diocese.
