“It seems that the storms, tornado warnings, and power outages this past week messed up the first PSR class. We know that religious education is one of the most important things we can do; however, the safety of our children will always be of prime importance. Thanks for your understanding and support. I’m sure the teachers will find a way to make up the missed material.
“I’ll be at the Lake next week for our annual gathering with Bishop Gaydos and the other priests of the diocese. There will be no daily Mass, no handbell rehearsal, and no PSR class for my 7th–12th grade class. Please pray for your bishop and priests this week; I’ll keep all of you in my prayers.”…Fr. Dave

Catholic Stewardship Appeal (CSA) - The theme for the CSA for this year is “Seek the Lord while He may be found” (Isaiah 55:6). More details forthcoming.
Crop Walk (help to end hunger one step at a time) - Sunday, Oct. 19, at 3:00 p.m. at St. James UCC in Morrison (walking to downtown Morrison and back). Bring walk papers and donations along to Crop Walk. Info and donation envelopes in back of both churches.
