Free Breakfast (7:30-8:30 a.m.) & Lunch (11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) at Osage County R-1 School weekdays May 27 through June 27 for all children ages birth to age 18 and eligible disabled adults to age 21. For more info, call 763-5666.
Rectory Spring Cleaning – Calling all young able-bodied persons to help give the rectory a good spring cleaning (including windows) on Thursday, June 5, starting around 8:30 a.m. Some cleaning supplies available; however, if you have some you can bring from home, that would be helpful.
Intergenerational Event – Sat., June 7, at Pointers Creek Trail Ride, Linn, MO. Fried chicken dinner (with trimmings) at 5:00 p.m. MWA pays $3/person and $2/child toward cost of each person’s meal. Have fun connecting with grandchildren. Bring them or a neighbor’s child or children. Team Penning with horses after dinner. Please bring a box of cereal for food pantry. Extra attendance prize if each person brings a box of cereal. Gift for each child attending. Guests welcome!!! “Gospels in Glass” Tour in Osage County – Wednesday, June 11, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Features Catholic churches in Rich Fountain, Westphalia, Freeburg & Vienna. Presented by Jefferson City writers Ken Luebbering & Robyn Burnett. $45/person includes transportation, guides, copy of the book “Gospels in Glass” and lunch. Reservations can be made by calling Osage County Extension Center 573-897-3648 x 4 or filling out form on poster in back of church. Deadline for reservations is June 4.
