Text Box: “Next Sunday is the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ. We will be having a short Corpus Christi Procession immediately after Mass, both on Saturday evening in Morrison, and Sunday morning in Chamois. Neither procession will be very far or long. We hope all able-bodied parishioners will walk and pray with us, as we honor Christ in the Blessed Sacrament, and ask his blessings on us and on our community. If unable to walk, you may, of course, drive along with us, or wait at church for the return and final blessing.
“Camp Hope is planned for June this year, 14 – 18. Registration forms are available in the back of church. All kids are welcome. Invite your neighbors, and grandkids. Please help, and let us know.
“You probably know that Henry Nolte fell and broke his leg. Maybe you don’t know how much he did around here. He was here almost every day, cleaning up, fixing things, and keeping everything working. I didn’t even have to ask; he saw what needed to be done and did them, like putting in the asphalt crossover on the street. So now we won’t have him for the next 6 weeks, till he gets back on his feet. I hope others will jump right in and fill in for him and lend a hand around here. And just maybe it’s our turn to help him (and Shirley) out around his house a bit while he’s laid up..
“Enjoy the Memorial Day holiday.”...Fr. Dave
